▶From the day we moved into our rental we have had communication issues from our property manager. The agent who was advertising the property, was lovely and very good at communicating, but we have had bad service from the start from our property manager. The day we moved into our property we tried calling our property manager, left messages, no one returned our call, EVER. Then we had some issues with the property and some disgusting cleaning issues we have had to deal with ourselves, which was brought to her attention via phonecall( we where told not to call about this and to put it via email. We had no apologies for not returning our call the day before, no introduction or asking how our move went. simply that we had to email our issues through to her), so we did, via email AND via entry report. We have been in the property for 3 weeks and still have not had any feedback on the issues we noted, we have had toilet maintenance done, but nothing else. I have emailed numerous times myself to find out the status of the issues, the reply via email has simply been "we are waiting on landlords instruction , the enty report has been sent to them". Each time I try call our property agent, she simply does not return our call. We feel trapped, like we have no one on our side on this. What a horrible way to start our relationship as tenant and Agent.
