Excellent closer with great customer service

After having my unit listed with Caloundra's oldest Real Estate Agency for three months without a sign of an offer, I changed the listing to Carola at McGraths. She adopted an aggressive marketing of our property and did many of the things that the other agents couldn't be bothered doing. Moreover they kept us informed on how the campaign was progressing in great detail. At one point a potential buyer wanted to view the unit but it had been let out. That would have daunted many an agent, I guess, but not Carola. She found out that the identical unit one floor above was vacant and she showed the potential buyer through that one. She got the sale.
