Craig and his team consistently demonstrated a wonderfully warm and engaging manner. At all times, Craig and his experienced team made us feel as though our input was respected and highly regarded. The team have their finger on the pulse in regard to market awareness - to my knowledge, there is no other service in the area who come close. They have been operating successfully in the district for decades, and as it is such a niche market, that awareness proves invaluable for both purchasers and vendors alike. When it came to negotiation, I don't believe the team could have done a better job - actively seeking out competition to find us the best price available in the market, leaving no stone unturned to achieve the best price, whilst handling both vendor and purchaser with finesse and respect.
