Hard working, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator.

We spoke to a number of agents before we chose Jamie to manage the sale of our parents' house, and right from the beginning his energy and professionalism stood out. He has a very clear understanding of the area and of the market and that was evident in his well placed and effective marketing of the property. One of our particular challenges was that we were managing the sale on behalf of our parents and were all at some distance from the property. Jamie and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful in solving all of the small problems associated with selling a house. Anything we needed- a cleaner, a gardener, a small paint job- Jamie and the agency would make sure it was done without disturbing the campaign. Jamie's communication was top-tier. We had regular updates, both verbal and informal, and more formal written reporting during the campaign. In every report it was obvious to us that we were speaking with someone who had both done the work and knew the market- every lead had been followed and Jamie had a strong sense of who our buyers were.
