Not what I was expecting

We have been pretty messed around since day dot with McGrath which is a real shame. First waiting until our move in date to do the ingoing inspection and we waited with a full moving truck for it to be done, then being told a load of water will be deliver before moving in, that was never done. And recently having rent we paid refunded under a different address and then told we owe that money back and are in arrears! Although the girls are all very friendly I thought it was appalling for that to happen in the first place.
