Exceptional

When i purchased a vacant block of land in Mudgee McGrath Central Tablelands was the selling agent. I subsequently built a duplex on that block which has recently finished and chose McGrath as my rental agent. When the duplex was nearly finished McGrath contacted me for a sale and/or rental appraisal without me having to contact them - that impressed me. Their fast response times and level of communication is exceptional. Every step of the way i have been contacted by email or phone with updates by their lovely and courteous staff. Both properties were rented quickly and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.
