If we could give Abigail 6 stars, we absolutely would!! Abigail has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has gone above and beyond to assist us with our property. We had been trying to organise maintenance works ourselves for over a year, dealing with unresponsive tradesmen and getting nowhere. Within one week, Abigail stepped in, took initiative and found us tradesmen to keep the works moving forward. She is incredibly responsive, proactive, professional, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome. Nothing has been too much trouble, and her communication throughout the process has been exceptional. It is rare to come across someone who is so efficient, organised, and willing to go the extra mile. We are so grateful for all of Abigail's help and support and feel very lucky to have her managing our property. Thank you again Abigail- You are amazing!!
