Lynette is WONDERFUL

Lynette has been super helpful, adding in her experience from living in the area, even applying to the council for clean up of the back laneway and dealing with somewhat tricky circumstances (socio-economic and other circumstances) with the tenant with empathy and effectiveness. I really appreciate working with her and cannot recommend her highly enough. She knows the area, the people, the laws and the changes and is always open to discussion and revision and working out the best way forward. GOLD STAR! Ann
