I will give a review

Sheree undervalued the property to the point that the original asking price was about $30,000 less than the price for the area for same or similar properties suggested that we drop the price from $320,000 to $299,000 to get more interest ended up accepting $280,000 from the original person who made an offer so we lost at least $60,000 on the value Sheree originally sold the property to Terri as a 3 bedroom but listed it as a 2 bedroom,failed to mention rear access and large carport. We also found out from Council we can't live on our new property without a DA as Sheree sold it to us with an illegal dwelling ie the listing stated the property was being sold with a livable caravan and listed it as a livable dwelling.So no not very happy
