Agent recommendation

Being members of the Senior part of the population and having bought & sold a couple of properties during our lives, we weren't particularly looking forward to selling again, particularly as this time it was a farm. We first met Adam Sutherland about four years ago, at which point he gave us an estimation of our property's value. At which point, the pandemic intruded. After making the final decision to sell, we decided that we'd use Adam as our realtor, mostly because there was never any pressure involved. He was certainly knowledgeable, friendly & approachable & basically told us that he'd be there if ever we needed him. Subsequently, our property sold promptly, inside two months of listing.
