Proactive, transparent and helpful

I was buying the property that Sharifeh and team were agents from the sellers. I was an interstate buyer and was not able to visit the property. Sharifeh was super helpful in getting information needed to make the decision, numerous late evening calls that she attended without fail and where it was not necessarily her responsibility. She went way above and beyond to assist. I don't think i have worked with any agent in my last 10 years who have been this pro-active, transparent and helpful.
