Very proactive and good communication

Michael helped me on the sale of one unit that had been on the market with another agent for a very long time without much progress. He was very proactive in the campaign to get the property ready for auction and communicate well with all the parties involved, as well as adjusted to any changes in circumstances. Even though the property got passed in, Michael stayed positive and got the sale done through the private sale. When the buyer had issues going through with finance and wanted to withdraw, he helped introducing broker and was be able to persuade the buyer to go through.
