Highly recommend Shayne Long for property sales.

I recently sold my house through McGraths Sawtell. Shayne Long and Will Bailey were my agents. I had a couple of appraisals done by other agents in the area, however I chose Shayne and Will. They were both incredibly professional but even more so, very personable. They were competitors in the market, which was evident from the onset. Communication through every step of the process was outstanding and they were very thorough with their appraisal and confident of reaching a higher price. I had full trust and confidence they were doing the best for me and achieved a result which exceeded my expectations.
