Nicholas Wise - One of a kind

Nick exceeded every expectation we had as a real estate agent for the sale of our apartment in Coogee/ Clovelly. We interviewed several agents before selling our place and felt that Nick had the drive, commitment and local knowledge to maximise every opportunity to get the best price possible for our place. And he absolutely delivered on everything he said he would do... and more. We constantly challenged him to think of ways we could market our place, keep parties interested and get new buyers through the front door. He would always respond, coming back to us with new ideas of what we could do to maximise every aspect of the sale. It was also obvious from the get-go that Nick was absolutely committed. He worked tirelessly to contact and keep in touch with everyone that came along to the inspections and this was what ultimately got us a price that surpassed our expectations. He kept us updated with every communucation he had with prospective buyers and was completely honest around whether he believed they were genuine. Advice around the advertising materials, photos, proceeding to auction and reserve price all were knowledgable and completely accurate. These are not qualities that are found in every agent - honesty, knowledge, drive, commitment, transparency and trustworthiness - and they are what makes the difference with Nick. You could never doubt his willingness to go above and beyond. Most importantly, I felt throughout all of our conversations and meetings with Nick that he genuinely cared about getting the best result for us.
