Highly recommended agent

Initially another agent was enlisted to sell my investment property, but didn’t get much traction. Luckily, I signed up Nick and he sold my investment property during covid-19, meeting my expectation price. After Nick did a couple of off market inspections, Nick recommended that I went with a marketing campaign. There was another unit selling in my block at the same time, which had passed in at auction. But Nick manage to get me an offer at my expected price before auction date. He worked with colleagues to cross market my unit, to those that inspected another unit selling down the road. He also helped out with getting a locksmith cut keys for the storage room!
