•This is a bit of a story. We engaged Angus to auction our Unit in Waverley. The Unit was a loft style 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 park over two floors in a small block. Not to everyone’s preferred layout but location was good in a repurposed religious facility. The auction did not reach target so we fell back to a “for sale” strategy which produced a buyer who eventually withdrew. Discouraged about the results and the Covid impact, we spoke to Angus about withdrawing from the market. His strong view was to keep going in the background rather that starting again down the track. Why hire an Agent if you don’t take his advice we thought! Best decision. Within a few weeks, and juggling the viewing times due to the Covid restrictions, Angus advice and guidance paid dividends and the Unit was sold for the price we wanted. Through it all, Angus was solid. His communication was timely and unambiguous which we responded to, we hate waffle. His concern for our interests never wavered which we greatly appreciated as we knew this would be a difficult sale. Very happy to recommend, refer and reuse his services if we need to in the future.
