highly recommended!

We had a different agent to begin with. He wasn't the best. He would take days to reply to the calls/messages and not very proactive. We felt pretty much ignored! Charles was extremely attentive, proactive, hard working and friendly. He managed to get us a sale price for our property which was significantly higher than the area and almost 200k over what the old agent estimated! Highly recommend him.
