Excellent communicator, deep care and down to earth approach

Mitch is the most down to earth, approachable agent I have met. Does not fall into the stigma most agents could get themselves into. He is caring and understanding along with a great sense of humour which makes you feel comfortable to be in the right hands. I had many calls that I needed to make and help with third party communication to which Mitch was straight onto it. All the way from a beach in Indonesia!
