Jill Yankos

Jill has looked after the sale of two homes for me this year. In both cases she demonstrated high market knowledge and professionalism. With the sale of the second house (my mother's), it was clear that there was more interest than what we anticipated and Jill went to auction. The house was on the market for one week only and we had an extremely successful auction producing a sale price well over reserve. Jill personally endeavours to do all she can to help and often cleans and adds the finishing touches herself for the open houses. I have a high regard for Jill and her creditability. Thank you. :)
