Buying my Devonport home through Vanessa Goodwin was such a pleasure. From the first moment of contact Vanessa gave generously of her time, was highly responsive, listened thoughtfully to my questions & promptly found answers. There was never any push, but instead, courteous, positive, professional engagement, underpinned by a genuine & natural personal touch. There are some people who truly know what high quality customer service means & what it looks like, and Vanessa is definitely one of them. But not through effort or practice – I believe it’s just who Vanessa naturally is. Vanessa went to some lengths to make all parts of the purchase & even post purchase process as smooth & comfortable as she could, and for that I am most grateful. And I do know she also did the same for the vendor. To be honest, when the deal went through I think Vanessa was equally thrilled that it had worked out the way it did.
