Great communicator and ethical work practices

James was the lead real estate agent on the sale of my apartment in Bondi. Throughout the process he was very communicative and gave me updates after each opening so I was aware at each step how the campaign was progressing. The property came with some sales challenges due to upcoming remediation of the common areas, and James was able to allay any purchasers concerns by explaining the issues and the solutions. The property did not sell at auction, but sold 4 weeks afterwards. The price was not to our expectations but Sydney property prices are a bit of a roller coaster at this time, so this was in no way reflective of James' commitment to sell the property. I feel he is a very ethical agent and was keen to give any potential purchasers the information needed to give them the tools to make an informed decision. I would not hesitate to use James again should I be in the position of selling or buying in Sydney.
