Patient Unyeilding Determination

The first time we met Teena we were selling two properties, one in Epping and the other in Eastwood. Her market appraisal for Epping was what we achieved at auction. The Eastwood property unfortunately uncovered some encumbrances by way of easements. This took time to resolve as Buyers walked away. After pushing for over six months Teena did not give up, where others may have faltered. The bids being offered continued dropping to unacceptable levels. In the face of this set back Teena and her crew were able to negotiate with the buyer for a realistic price. This was a great relief to all, thank you Teena. During the process she kept us informed no matter what the potential Buyers were doing, she remained strong and chased every lead. My family and I would recommend her services to anyone.
