▶Oliver & Daniel are an impressive sales & marketing team. I always received an individualized, customer-focused approach from them and this was greatly appreciated. They also offered a multitude of options in regard to the advertising, artwork, flyers and signage etc in order to promote the sale of the house and they took the time to let me decide on which particular options I wanted to choose. Their input, recommendations and advise was invaluable and I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions I wasn’t fully happy to make. This too was greatly appreciated. Each week, during the four-week duration of Open-House Inspections, We had face-to-face meetings with Oliver and Daniel and the sales team. All in all, a very in-depth and highly informative and up to date insights during these four weeks leading up to Auction day. I always felt like I was kept in the loop with how things were shaping up and Oliver and Daniel were more than happy to answer all my questions. At a personal level, Oliver and Daniel are highly professional, extremely well presented and knowledgeable and I fully appreciated their no-nonsense and totally respectful and sincere approach. I found them to always be reliable, hardworking and extremely diligent and they would always go that extra mile to meet our needs or answer any queries I had as a first-time vendor, throughout the entire selling process. They also spent countless hours showcasing our house to prospective buyers outside of the specified Open-House Viewing times. On auction day I had the usual Vendor’s pre-auction nerves, but I knew that everyone had done a fantastic job and had gone way above and beyond in order to provide the best possibilities of success to sell our home. At the fall of the hammer I was delighted, relieved and truly grateful with the end result. The reserve was smashed, and the family home was sold at a price that was more than I ever expected.
