Betty knows the market, she knows our area, she has decades of experience and success but, most importantly, she has a deep understanding of the psychology of selling houses. She gave us great advice on how to prepare our house for sale. She gave us realistic predictions on the price we could expect and her adjustments to that advice, as the market changed, turned out to be spot on. She used well tried and tested strategies to find the right buyers, responding to the marketing of other similar properties to our's, which were being marketed at the same time in our area, and keeping us fully informed at every step about what she was doing and why she was doing it. Her approach gave us complete confidence in her ability to sell our house and, by following her advice, we were able to sell for a fantastic price in a falling market. We are very grateful for her skills and professionalism, achieving for us a great price when other similar properties did not sell, and, as I write, still have not sold.
