You could not choose a better real estate team than Team Vaughn. Throughout our entire sale and promotion process we felt totally at ease in Wayne and Teena's very capable hands. From the outset, Wayne and the team worked very closely with us during the preparation period and recommended excellent external workers - their contacts are second to none. Even as open homes began, Wayne and Teena were in constant communication, taking us through their plans and thoughts to make us feel as comfortable as possible. On a personal level, after a very difficult year, their kindness and care was absolutely outstanding, far beyond what would normally be expected of a real estate team.  Without all of Team Vaughn - from Wayne and Teena to the wonderful Steven - the entire process of sale would have been significantly more stressful, and we would not have gotten such a great outcome. For anyone selling in the Epping/Eastwood area - Wayne and Teena's experience and results speak for themselves, but their engagement with their vendors is what puts them far above the rest. We cannot recommend Wayne and Teena more highly, and we are so grateful for their skills, knowledge, expertise and support.
