He planned meticulously all activities in almost constant consultation with me and advised me of the key dates for final clean up, styling , open house and auction while my wife and I were living in Melbourne , having handed over to him the keys of our townhouse at Carlingford. Rohit worked very hard and used his intimate analysis in selecting and organising the efficient and reliable service providers at a competitive price to achieve the completion of all critical activities leading to the firs open house. The first open house attracted a record attendance of 28 separate families of prospective buyers.
