Heath from the very outset you exuded confidence, although nothing else was selling you “had a plan”, we liked that. We felt you knew what you were doing and were going make sure we could sleep at night, that meant alot. You were always so calm as well, it was quite relieving. The fact that the buyer who bought our home came from out of the area, just exemplifies how well you know your market, you listened to us and you delivered so did your Magazine. We did not want to go to auction as you know and you found us a buyer who was prepared to do whatever it took to get the home before. The manner in which you pulled the sale together was quite something, we still cant understand how you did it. Well done, Peter and I have would have no hesitation in recommending you to any of our friends and family in the future.
