Couldn't have been happier

We were so happy that we chose Joanne to help us sell our property. During our campaign, I observed that Joanne is very calm, collected, friendly yet firm. She genuinely cares about her clients, has excellent communication skills and would follow up buyers and even us if they had questions or queries. She outlined a strategy on how she'd sell and made recommendations on what we could do to improve and increase our chances of a good sale. I also witnessed that she had built a good rapport with our potential buyers, remembered their names and greeted them when they came to inspect our last open home. I can't fault her communication. She was in regular contact with us providing weekly reports of buyer feedback, and would message us as soon as she had any new information. I will definitely recommend her to my family or friends and will contact her again if I need to sell my property. We are extremely satisfied and would like to thank Joanne for all of her help and hard work on our successful sale. She exceeded our expectations!
