There aren't enough stars to rate my experience

Kim was fantastic! Her professionalism, knowledge of the market, the area, and procedures made the sale of my Mother's home of nearly 70 years such an easy transition in what is currently a rather unstable market. Kim showed such patience, kindness and understanding during a time that is often difficult and emotional. Without hesitation, I would recommend Kim and her team at McGrath to anyone selling or buying property.

Excellent industry specialist with a fantastic team, within a competitive market. We chose the best!

When we purchased our home, we were actively looking in the region for well over 12 months. As a result, we dealt with numerous and most real estate agents from within the area. Some showed more interest in the sellers than the buyers, whilst others showed the opposite. We met Robert Bagalia at one of his open homes. Although that home wasn't right for us, he took the time to better understand what we were looking for. Although at the time, he didn't have anything on his books, he did know another agent whom had exactly what we were after. He didn't hesitate in creating the link for us to connect with that agent, whom we purchased this home from. When the time was right for us to sell our home, we spoke with a number of agents, including Robert Bagalia of McGrath's. Robert showed us yet again, that he was the best fit for this. From clear and regular communication, to open and honest industry led experience - he and his team did not disappoint. We highly recommend Robert Bagalia and the team at McGrath's Ryde - we did all the hard work for you, vetting the local real estate agencies and we have no doubt that we found the best.
