Confident, considerate, communicator

Robert Bagala is certainly ‘the best in the business’ as a real estate agent. His honesty and utter professionalism in his approach to selling our property is to be commended, coupled with an approachable, friendly manner. He was an excellent communicator, via text, phone calls, email and WhatsApp, many times a day keeping us totally informed at every stage of the selling process. My experience with Robert and his team has been second to none. They were warm, welcoming and most importantly straight forward. Robert sold the Unit next door, and I was impressed with his personable and professional approach.

Immediately following the sale next door, which achieved the highest ever sale price, i decided to offer my unit for sale. Within a couple of weeks, the procedure was implemented smoothly with a friend and Robert's associate Damian assisting in the process. Fantastic experience

Kim is a highly effective and energetic agent. We have used her services both as a property buyer and seller, and each time she has made the experience enjoyable while delivering excellent results. We chose Kim over other agents for several reasons: her in-depth knowledge of the area and market, her honesty and integrity, her exceptional customer service, and her skills in matching buyers and sellers. As an agent, Kim has a very collaborative style; she involves you in the process, explains all options, and provides great guidance. When we were looking to sell, we were approached by many other agents, but choosing Kim was the best decision we made. She made us feel very comfortable, offered sound advice and ideas, worked around our schedule—often meeting us after hours—and was always cheerful and energetic. Kim attracted a large number of potential buyers to our property—buyers who requested the contract, purchased our strata reports, and made offers before the auction, all despite tough market conditions. Her deep knowledge of the local market and industry trends was a significant advantage for us. Kim and her team look after both buyers and sellers.
