I relied on Robert and his team to look after my property sale. They showed good insight into the market in my area and gave me suitable recommendations that catered to my needs. I visited an open house that Robert was attending before I engaged him as my agent. I got the feeling that he would do his best for my little unit as he would for a multi-million dollar property. Team Bagala communicated well through email and Whatsapp, and the whole process was very easy. I liked that they prepared a property appraisal report to help me decide if I wanted to use McGrath as my sales agent. The result was more than I expected and above what was estimated. However, money is not all that is important. I am very particular regarding the service I am provided with, and there were no big issues with how Robert and his team performed.
