When I contemplated selling my home of 24 years, the task seemed almost impossible. However, it needed to be done, so I started looking for an agent. Kim did this and more. Whenever I had a challenge to discuss with Kim, she took the time to consider the circumstances and together we came up with a solution, every time. Well ahead of time, Kim was able to advise me what changes I could make to my home to prepare it for market, and also organised tradesmen who could assist in completing these changes. As the sale time came closer, Kim spent a lot of time explaining the processes of selling, including what could happen on auction day, so that I would be prepared for all eventualities. This made auction day less confronting. Looking back, I can say that although I dreaded the thought of selling my home, it is such a relief to know that it has been done. Kim made it possible by simplifying the process for me, and by providing solutions to unusual problems. With Kim and her team, I felt confident that the sale would be successful, which it was.
