Swift and Easy Sale

We engaged Robert after he sold our neighbour's unit for a price that was higher than expected. Due to similarities in our properties, Robert was keen to bring through a potential buyer who had missed out. Despite having a buyer ready, Robert was not arrogant or complacent about getting our business. Robert and his team worked really hard to make sure we were confortable with the process, whilst also moving quickly to make the most of the situation. We really appreciated the holistic team approach to the sale and the speed at which Robert was able to work to help secure the buyer. Robert was also able to work quickly with our conveyancer which meant that whilst not necessary, our sale was finalised within a week!
