When I made the decision of selling my family home of 60 years, there was only 1 person in my mind that I thought about contacting and that is Robert Bagala. I have known Robert personally and professionally over 10 years. Robert was professional, courteous, never rushed me to make a decision, always had my best interest at heart, open and honest communication and was available any time of the day(within reason), even when he was away he reached out to us, which was not expected but I felt honoured. With that we were also supported by his wonderful team, including Cooper and Wendy, they really made me and my family feel like part of their family. The whole process whilst an emotional one for me was effortlessly in their service, communication, professionalism, updates and ultimately the outcome which was above our expectations.
