Buy side experience

Dale and Madi are the agents whom we bought our Pearl Beach property from. The experience from the start has been pleasing. Madi was accomodating when we made arrangement to view the property before the property was meant to be open for viewing. This was arranged spontaneously without fuss. Dale called to assess interest right after viewing and offer was made the same evening, with an acceptance on the same night. Dale was an agent true to his words and did not play games. We were very clear up front that we are not interest in a Dutch auction. Very pleasant experience.
