An Amazing Experience

before I put the house on the market I talked to 4 Estate Agents and most seemed very negative about the prospect of selling this house as I had a special request - a clause requiring the potential buyer to rent the house back to me for a minimum period of 5 years. Even Matthew was a little concerned about this informing me that it might affect the price I will get. I agreed to go with Matthew, we signed a contract, photos were taken and in the week before the first open house he introduced 4 potential buyers, he negotiated and obtained a price for this house way beyond my wildest expectations and that within 5 days of the buyer inspecting the house. The whole process was fast, stress less and in my opinion first class, I must also mention that his offsider Ryan was professional and very pleasant to deal with.
