Sale period took some time but eventually achieved a good result

From our initial meeting with David & Jo, the campaign indicated great promise but after listing there was virtually no real potential buyers coming to the Open for Inspections. Meetings & feedback were held regularly resulting in a price reduction from the original appraisal range after being listed for 9 days. Other changes to the marketing plan were made until we finally had a keen buyer
