Avoid avoid avoid this agent. Buyer and vendor beware

I would give jasmin a zero star if I could. We bought a property off her towards the start of the year. From the get go things were an absolute stressful nightmare - she was not customer friendly always defensive -she abused us on the phone when we didn't sign the contracts the same night we put in the offer, when she also never sent it to our legal representatives. - when we were scared into signing it turns out THE VENDOR HAD SIGNED FIRST which is highly not allowed - she berated us saying things like "this is all your fault this sale is getting stuffed up the vendors would be so annoyed " when we requested she send it to our legal representatives first. - she made insinuations we wouldn't be able to afford the property when we were inspecting it - she brought the vendor over/vendors relative while we were inspecting is and continued to rudely speak another language to them infront of us swapping from English to the foreign language and gesturing toward us - on the final inspection when we were unconditional She would not let us view the entire property (the garage) saying the excuse was well you got a building inspector. (But we were unconditional and it was the final inspection) I will not be recommending this woman. And I advise all vendors and buyers to beware. Absolute nightmare. Will never be buying a property if she is the agent ever again.
