SOLD Above & Beyond the Reserve!!!

I'll just start by saying Kicked it out of the park with numbers of interested parties, number of prior offers, number of bidders on the day, and finally and most importantly, the number he got beyond our reserve price. We thought we just listed 3 Savage St, Belmont with only Rick. What we didn't expect is the whole mini sales team that accompanied through out the viewings, inquiries and telephone call follow ups. Right from the outset of listing with Rick, he was on the ball from day 1, and by day 2 Rick had already had a pretty good offer on the table. Things only got better from there on, with huge crowds coming through the house on each and every viewing, the street had never been that busy, even when the neighbors had their teenage parties back in the day and that is saying something. Then came the day of the Auction and was smooth sailing right from the get go with the opening bid starting just 10k from our reserve, could not believe it. It was heart pounding fever from then on with about 6 bidders trying to out do each other. The end result....85k over the reserve!!!! Thank you Rick and the McGrath Estate Agent Team.
