Professional and efficient

I found the application and onboarding process to be smooth and respectful. I sometimes find that agents will ask for a huge amount of information (which they're not supposed to), but McGrath didn't do that. They kept it very professional, above board, and stayed in touch about the progress of my application. The agent checked a couple of details in person at the property for me while I was organising the move in, and provided all the important info way ahead of time. I enjoyed selling through them and I'm sure I'll enjoy renting through them, too.
