•Very disappointed with the service from this agency. We have been requesting multiple maintenance issues to be addressed since December, through phone calls, emails, condition report, and follow-ups, yet nothing has been properly resolved.Responses are extremely slow, and once in a blue moon Tegan (the said property manager) replies. Every time I ask for feedback, I am told “it’s on tapi” or that they are “requesting quotes.” However, the status never changes beyond that. When I try to call, she is always “busy,” and there is no proper communication or accountability. The front gate is literally falling apart and we had to put a concrete block so it doesn’t collapse on ourselves or the vehicles, the rails of fence are cracked due to the neighbour’s dogs (should be Rottweilers), there is no proper lock on the gate, and there is absolutely no sense of security. These are serious safety concerns that have been ignored for months. We are currently seeking advice from Consumer Affairs regarding this matter. Extremely disappointed with the lack of action and professionalism. Do not recommend at all.
