Very professional, communicative and thorough

I had a great experience handing over my property management to McGrath. Sally explained in detail, all the step by step activities that need to be done to advertise the property, the related costs involved, property compliance as per the legislation etc. The conversations were clear and transparent. Thereafter the leasing process and finally handing it over to the PM was all smooth and seamless, I was updated at every stage. I must say after dealing with couple of othe property management agencies in the past, you can clearly feel the difference with McGrath. I had called them initially as they showed no. 1 in rate my agent and they surely live up to the expectation.
