Excellent communicator and skilled professional.

Incredibly helpful and great communication throughout

As first time buyers we were a little unsure of the process and what needed to happen when, but Yuri was there answering every little question without hesitation. He helped make the process less stressful and told us what the next steps were at each point. He was very kind and never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions. He takes the time to reach out and check in on how you are going and if there’s anything you need or where you’re at. Thank you!

I am extremely grateful

Libby was extremely helpful at all times. Prior to settlement, she opened up the house for an hour so my trades people could check what was required to be done. This meant they could be there the day after settlement and straight into their work. I estimate that saved a week's delay starting to tidy up the house and I am extremely grateful

The transaction was clean concise and not overwhelming
