Couldn't recommend highly enough. Helped us through the whole confusing process, brings with her an amazing team and used her interior design background and furniture resources to make our house look amazing. She's honest and tells it how it is instead of using superficial sales jargon, and her estimate on the value of our house was exactly what the bank came back with later. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, has a great sense of humour, is enormously professional and secured a sale within days of the first open day. She completely kept her cool when we threw her in the deep end by buying a house before we'd even considered selling and telling her we needed it done not only as fast as possible but within weeks of christmas. We'll enthusiastically tell anyone that will listen that they have to use Fran and her team if they are selling!
