Hard working & Professional

We recently worked with Alexandra in purchasing a home for our clients. She was extremely hard working, professional and represented her vendor throughout the whole transaction.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience – lost us many thousands of dollars! We were clear about our aim for a reasonable price in a relatively short campaign at the outset of our discussions. We were led to believe our house would sell well and our expectations would be exceeded. Despite this, it took almost 6 working days to launch our campaign and weeks went by during the campaign with no meaningful change in strategy. The first open house was a shambles with the keys misplaced and half the opening time over before the house was made available. Potential buyers left and we have no idea if they ever returned. We believe the agent made strategic errors in our campaign. They failed to act on an offer, while instead REDUCING THE PRICE GUIDE TO BELOW THAT OF THE OFFER RECEIVED. We believe their error cost us tens of thousands of dollars. Each time the agent negotiated, the offer got worse for us and at one stage, the agent negotiated without our consent. Details of the offer were also poorly relayed to us, with some details left out completely. When a sale was finally agreed, after days of negotiating, the contract had to be issued three times because of errors made or not picked up by the agent/their team. The settlement period was wrong, the inclusions/exclusions were wrong. Breaches of privacy and confidentiality about buyers’ names and enquiry history, which even when pointed out, the agent continued to discuss buyers’ enquiries that had nothing to do with our campaign. We had a very bad experience with this agent. While there was lots of chatting and catching up, there did not seem to be a lot of proactive management of our campaign that made any difference. Their failure to act on an offer was an inexcusable error in our opinion, which has had real financial consequences for us. Would never recommend this agent.
