A great experience

I came to Michael knowing he had the highest median price for sales in Haberfield, and a large amount of listings. I felt he must fully committed to his vendors. Well my instincts were spot on. Throughout the process he was there for me 110%. He always answered calls and my questions promptly, and he was most knowledgeable about everything that goes into selling a house. Most important: he had a great feel for my property and knew its strengths, and how to present them. By the time we went to auction I was confident and serene because Michael had covered all the bases, so to speak. Given uncertain market I felt I needed someone with such a proven track record.
