Throughout the process he was there for me 110%. He always answered calls and my questions promptly, and he was most knowledgeable about everything that goes into selling a house. Most important: he had a great feel for my property and knew its strengths, and how to present them. By the time we went to auction I was confident and serene because Michael had covered all the bases, so to speak. Given uncertain market I felt I needed someone with such a proven track record. Michael was engaging and comprehensive in his on-going reports to me. He and his team were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I got a better result than I thought I would. I gladly recommend him to prospective vendors.
