A seasoned real-estate professional

We bought this house from Michael, and have just sold now sold it 4 1/2 years later. We've also had much advice and insight for another property in the past. Michael is a well considered agent and informed agent. You want him on your side and he'll never shy away from a difficult conversation. Some potential sellers may not appreciate his direct style, but we feel it's his best quality. Once you understand he is completely committed to being your agent, you'll understand everything he does is aimed at maximising the outcome for his clients. I can only form the opinion that Michael genuinely and truly loves what he does - and it shows. He is hands on with everything, advice, photos and styling, the video he shot was superb, and the many tough negotiations he had to have along the was handled professionally in every respect. He too spent considerable time putting us at ease during the process which can't be an easy aspect of his job; particularly when dealing with our largest asset. Michael, we're very thankful for all your efforts.
