Made a daunting experience easier

Emma was great. The open houses were always busy, even in a downpour, so marketing was clearly well done. As a first time seller, my nerves and anxiety were next level. Emma took the time to walk me through things, check in on me and dealt with my crazy nerves so well. She explained every part of the process as we went through it and negotiated well with potential buyers when offers were made. She is clearly well supported by her admin staff and nothing was too much trouble. She explained the contract and made sure we were completely comfortable with it all. Plus she is an amazing person. Friendly and down to earth but will fight for her sellers. You cant do better in a real estate agent.
