Average performance

Craig valued our property much higher than what it sold for so our expectations were not met. It seemed that Craig was devaluing our property throughout the campaign to achieve a lower price for the buyer. Professional at first meeting, however once we signed the authority we received negative feedback week after week throughout our campaign. We were told in the first 2 weeks he had a buyer indicating a reasonable price which never eventuated. Overall it was not a positive experience to put our trust in an out of area agent. We have since learned through our experience to sell with a local area specialist.
