Professional and Efficient with Understanding

Jessica sold two properties for us in 2025. The sale processes were both a little different. One was my late parent’s home of many years. The other was our home of a lesser but significant number of years too and due to us having an initial private interest, with reason that an agent had to be involved, it was an off-market sale. Jessica has a very good knowledge of the real estate processes, shows empathy for personal circumstances, keeps parties on both sides of the sale process well informed and when she sees it appropriate takes steps to move the sale process forward. If we had another property to sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Jessica’s service and I am confident she would work equally hard to help locate a property for purchasing as she indirectly helped us last year as we were searching for a property too.
