Great persistence and patience

I have to commend Sarah on her resilience, persistence and patience. We listed our Chatswood property at a time when the market had just come off the boil with the predominantly Chinese buying community mid 2017. Sarah was doggedly persistent through what eventually turned out to be a 9 month process to secure the right price. Sarah was respectful of our expectations and despite many offers below the mark Sarah did not waiver opening the property week in week out over a very extended period. Through Sarah’s efforts we eventually secured the right number which had a 5 in front of it. Finally throughout the entire process, Sarah was extremely respectful of our property and ensured all who came through on inspection did the same. I would recommend Sarah unreservedly.
